Who Can Apply for the Japan Africa Dream Scholarship?
To be eligible, you must:
- Be a national of an AfDB member country
- Be 35 years old or younger
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in relevant fields like energy, agriculture, health, or engineering
- Have at least one year of paid employment in Africa post-graduation
- Commit to returning home after your studies to contribute to national development
