For this drink of toxins, you will need two cups of water, 1 teaspoon cinnamon (ground), 1 pinch of cayenne pepper, and 4 tablespoons of honey, lemon juice and apple cider vinegar. Prepare tea by mixing all the ingredients in hot water (adding vinegar at the end) and obtaining it. You can also store it in the refrigerator and use it as a cold drink.

Alternatively, you can add 2-3 tablespoons of ACV and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder to 8-10 ounces of water and drink them up to 3 times a day.

To get this weight loss recipe you will need a cup of water, two teaspoons and 1 teaspoon of ACV. Mix all ingredients in a bottle and shake properly. Drink it every day until you notice satisfactory results.

3. ACV and water

This recipe is the simplest method, and it works wonders for weight loss. Add 2 tablespoons of raw honey to 16 ounces of water. Use it before every meal (about half an hour ago).

4. ACV and juices

Juices are not only delicious but also healthy. You can prepare a weight loss drink by mixing the ACV to them. For this, you’ll need 8 ounces of warm water, 8 ounces. Of vegetable or fruit juice (of your choice), and 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar. Mix ingredients well and drink them twice daily, regularly.
