Baby Care Customer Service Advisor

Location: Chiswick, London, W4 5QB
Salary: £9.13 per hour – £17,803 annually (paid fortnightly) + Excellent Benefits.
Operational Days & Hours: Mon – Fri/8am – 8pm (split shifts); 37.5 hours per week; flexibility essential to meet the needs of the business.

We’re looking for people who can communicate confidently and listen intently whilst working out how to solve enquires to keep our customers happy. You’ll be taking calls from customers who may have queries or concerns. You should have a natural flair for conversation, genuine empathy and the resilience to address customer issues call after call. You’ll become a specialist in your area so you’re more likely to resolve our customers’ issues quickly and on the first call.

As a Baby Care Advisor your role will be varied, dealing with various customer queries or complaints. This could be through different channels, i.e. video chat, live chat, handing inbound calls, responding to emails or white mail (letters), responding to social media forums, WhatsApp or making outbound follow up calls. You’ll often be the very first point of contact for our customers, you’ll need lots of patience, but with your unflappable nature and personal approach, you’ll calmly reassure them that you’re there to help. The satisfaction you get from solving customer enquiries is one of the main reasons our advisors love coming to work every day. You’re surrounded by brilliant colleagues who love what they do and encourage and support each other. To be a brilliant Baby Care Advisor, you’ll need to have:
• Childcare experience – nursery level
• Excellent listening skills and natural empathy
• A genuine passion for customer service
• A professional telephone manner
• Strong communication skills, with a natural flair for conversation
• Resilience, understanding and patience
• Effective time management
• An openness to feedback and confidence working with others.
